The theme of this year’s fair is “Commit-Connect-Conquer”. The fair will be completely interactive with participants joining in free classes and training sessions, having free screenings, and other fun programs like our First Annual Color Walk/Run!

Children’s Row – Learning About Healthy Living While Young!

Health and physical fitness should start at a young age. That’s why every year, we spend a lot of time planning Children’s Row. We make our children’s activities interesting and engaging and always add something new. This year we’ve added the first annual “Color Walk/Run”!. We also have our “Fit Mobile” and “Arts on a Roll” onsite ready to delight your children! Bring your swim suits, towels and workout gear and get ready to have fun!
