The Steering Advisory Committee will consist of a wide range of stakeholders, including citizen associations, local businesses, and nonprofits. The Steering Advisory Committee (SAC) will help guide the sector plan in the following ways:
Identify issues affecting the sector plan area.
Provide important input in planning for public meetings.
Work with the project team to formulate sector plan recommendations.
Review and comment on draft design products and draft plan chapters.
Help identify and prioritize projects that could be led by community groups.
Advocate for implementation of sector plan recommendations.
It is anticipated that the Steering Advisory Committee met from November 2015 through July 2016.
